The main specialization of this company is dissertation and thesis writing, but I noticed that they are prepared to handle almost any type of academic papers. I needed a term paper, and they could help me with that too. The arrangement of sections on the website seemed quite strange to me. The answers I was looking for in FAQ section I found in section Guarantee. Apparently, we have different kinds of logic. Anyway, I managed to find out what I was interested in before placing my order.

Support

Just the moment I got to the website, I was invited to have a chat with support representative. I do appreciate that they are online, I just don’t really enjoy when I’m being contacted even before I need that. And another thing is discounts. As it turned out 5% discount is just very small; for instance at other sites – they offer 10%-15% discounts regardless of the number of words you order. Yeah, there are better writing and editing services.

Conclusion

Seemingly similar to other websites, this company has its little tricks – with word count and discounts – that negatively contributed to my customer experience. In addition to that, this website cannot handle tasks sooner than in 24 hours.
